By a corresponding Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the “Procedure for Using the Funds of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been approved.
This Procedure defines the methods and guidelines for using the funds of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency to assist local entrepreneurial entities in acquiring modern technologies and technological solutions, organizing their transfer, supporting innovation-oriented scientific research both domestically and internationally, promoting innovative projects (including startups), and fostering innovation-driven initiatives.
The adoption of this Procedure aims to accelerate the development of innovations, enhance competitiveness in the field of innovation, and create broader opportunities for entrepreneurs and research organizations.
The implementation of the Procedure will make a significant contribution to expanding the innovation environment and providing stimulating measures for innovative projects, which are essential for the technological progress of the country.
