It was noted that the Action Plan encompasses comprehensive measures aimed at accelerating digital transformation in the country, improving public administration, developing an innovation-driven economy, and strengthening digital sovereignty.
Detailed information was provided on the work carried out in the field of digitalization. It was highlighted that efforts are ongoing to consolidate public services on the unified “mygov” and “mygov Business” platforms, gradually integrate services of various government institutions, digitize non-digital services, expand proactive services, and implement the “once-only” principle. It was emphasized that this approach aims to make access to public services faster, more convenient, and more transparent for citizens and businesses.
During the meeting, information was also shared on the creation of a state data lake, the improvement of data exchange between government institutions, and ongoing efforts to develop personalized and proactive public services. Digital solutions aimed at delivering public services in a more efficient and citizen-centric manner were presented.
At the same time, updates were provided on the application of artificial intelligence in public administration, the development of AI-based solutions on the “mygov” platform, the establishment of national computing infrastructure and a regulatory sandbox environment, as well as efforts to strengthen the innovation ecosystem, support startups and technology companies, increase ICT exports, and implement legislative reforms supporting digital development.
Members of the Public Council actively participated in discussions on the presented topics, raising questions on current issues and sharing their opinions and suggestions. The speeches highlighted the role of public participation in the digitalization process, improving the accessibility and user experience of digital services, increasing digital literacy, and enhancing cooperation between government, business, and citizens. Various approaches and cooperation opportunities related to the implementation of the Action Plan were also discussed. At the end of the meeting, an exchange of views took place on future areas of activity.
