With the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) and sponsorship from the PASHA Holding Group, “Holberton School Azerbaijan” launches a fully-funded scholarship program.
The program will deliver training in fundamentals of software development and modern technologies for the 2025–2026 academic period, based on the internationally recognized Holberton School model.
Individuals aged 16 and above are eligible to participate. Participants residing in Baku and surrounding areas are required to attend at least 15 hours per week on campus, while those from other regions can join online.
The program aims to graduate 200 students in total. Successful participants will earn “Advanced” or “Senior Specialist” level certification.
During the program, students will have access to an LMS (Learning Management System) platform. Each participant will have a personal profile to track learning progress, submit assignments, and receive evaluations.
Training will be offered in four tracks:
- Full-Stack Web Development and AI (9 months)
- Cybersecurity (12 months)
- Machine Learning (12 months)
- Computer Science (9 months)
The primary goals of the program are to develop qualified ICT professionals, attract individuals with secondary education or incomplete studies into the field, support career changers, enhance ICT literacy in the country, and contribute to economic development.
Holberton School Azerbaijan is part of the globally renowned Holberton School network, which emphasizes independent learning, research, and hands-on experience through real-world projects. IDDA has been collaborating with Holberton School for two years to bring international ICT expertise to Azerbaijan.
Since its founding in 2016, Holberton School has established a global educational network in over 20 countries and 30 cities, with graduates building careers at leading technology companies such as LinkedIn, Google, Tesla, Docker, Apple, Dropbox, Facebook, Pinterest, Genentech, Cisco, and IBM.
