A meeting of the Digital Government Architecture Working Group was held.

On October 3, 2025, the next meeting of the Digital Government Architecture Working Group was held at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA). The meeting was attended by the group’s leadership, members, and representatives from various government agencies.

Opening the event, Fərid Osmanov, Chairman of İRIA’s Board, highlighted the pivotal role of the “Digital Development Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by President Ilham Aliyev on January 16, 2025, in shaping the country’s digital future. He emphasized: “Successful implementation of the Concept requires coordinated action among state bodies. Our primary goal is to systematically carry out digital transformation in public administration, improve service quality, and deliver tangible benefits to citizens’ daily lives.”

During the meeting, IDDA representatives delivered presentations on the “Data Management Strategy Project” and “Digital Government Architecture: Planned Actions and Expected Outcomes”. The discussions covered topics such as establishing a unified data management framework nationwide, efficient data exchange between government bodies, development of the Government Cloud and national data centers, and implementation of information security standards.

Following the presentations, a Q&A session was held where Working Group members and participants shared their ideas and proposals.

It should be noted that the activities of the Digital Government Architecture Working Group support the implementation of the Digital Development Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensuring coordinated efforts and advancing the development of digital public administration.
